Christina Raeder was named Director of Operations & Diversity in 2016 due to her extensive experience and expertise in executive search. In her role, she oversees the management of the research and project team. She works closely with Heiner Thorborg on all high-level search assignments, covering the entire search process until successful completion. In addition, she ensures that all diversity aspects are considered in ongoing searches to achieve a well-balanced shortlist.
